About

Design systems leadership with engineering depth

I work where product design and frontend engineering meet: turning visual language, interaction patterns, accessibility requirements, and delivery constraints into systems teams can use consistently.

From visual craft to system leadership

My career began in graphic and web design, moved through hands-on interface development, and developed into enterprise UX engineering and design-system leadership.

That progression helps me work across the full system: design intent in Figma, semantic tokens, reusable React components, Storybook documentation, accessibility, contribution models, and adoption across product teams.

I use AI-assisted workflows to accelerate analysis, exploration, and prototyping while keeping professional judgment, validation, privacy, and responsible use central to the process.

Current focus

  • Enterprise design-system strategy and governance
  • Design-to-code alignment and reusable component architecture
  • Accessible product delivery and WCAG-aligned foundations
  • AI-enabled tools for UX, accessibility, research, and content workflows

Capabilities backed by practice

Design Systems

Defining token architecture, reusable component foundations, documentation, contribution models, and governance that align design and engineering teams.

  • Token-driven foundations
  • Figma and React alignment
  • Storybook documentation
  • Contribution governance

UX Engineering

Translating product intent into accessible, maintainable interfaces with React, TypeScript, responsive architecture, and production-ready interaction patterns.

  • React component architecture
  • Responsive implementation
  • Performance-aware delivery
  • Design-to-code collaboration

Accessibility

Embedding WCAG requirements into components, workflows, reviews, documentation, and delivery standards rather than treating accessibility as a final audit step.

  • WCAG 2.2 AA
  • Keyboard and focus behavior
  • Semantic HTML
  • Accessible component guidance

Enterprise UX

Simplifying complex workflows across HR, logistics, healthcare, fintech, and operational platforms while preserving business rules and system constraints.

  • Workflow simplification
  • Operational dashboards
  • Multi-step journeys
  • Cross-domain experience

Design Operations

Improving how teams contribute, review, document, adopt, and maintain shared experience standards across products and disciplines.

  • Governance models
  • Adoption support
  • Documentation systems
  • Cross-functional standards

AI-assisted Product Development

Using AI to accelerate structured UX evaluation, research support, accessibility review, content analysis, and design-system workflows with explicit validation and privacy boundaries.

  • Structured AI outputs
  • Provider abstraction
  • Runtime validation
  • Privacy-aware architecture

Leadership principles

  • Make the system easier to use than to bypass.
  • Connect design decisions to production constraints and measurable outcomes.
  • Treat accessibility, documentation, and governance as core product work.
  • Create clear ownership while enabling contribution across teams.

Domain experience

  • Human resources
  • Healthcare and pharma
  • Logistics
  • Fintech
  • Retail and enterprise platforms
