Enterprise Logistics Operations Platform
Complex operational workflows had to remain usable while supporting dense information, reusable UI patterns, accessibility, and frontend delivery across a large enterprise environment.
I’m a Principal Product Designer & UX Engineer with 18+ years across product design, enterprise UX, design systems, accessibility, and frontend development.
I work where product decisions and implementation meet—simplifying dense workflows, creating reusable systems, and helping teams move from complex requirements to clearer, buildable experiences.

A selection of anonymized enterprise work across logistics, healthcare, financial services, and workforce platforms. The case studies focus on the problem, my responsibility, the decisions I made, and the outcome—without exposing client identity or original product screens.
Complex operational workflows had to remain usable while supporting dense information, reusable UI patterns, accessibility, and frontend delivery across a large enterprise environment.
A dense healthcare calculation and data-entry process needed to become easier to complete, easier to understand, and usable across responsive layouts.
A seven-step financing journey had to remain clear and consistent across Arabic RTL and English LTR experiences.
A broad HR platform needed consistent workflows across employee profiles, leave, timesheets, approvals, service requests, notifications, and administrative operations.
My strongest work is usually not a single screen. It is a system of decisions: dense workflows, multiple states, reusable patterns, responsive behaviour, accessibility requirements, and implementation constraints that all have to work together.
I turn dense business rules and multi-step processes into clearer task flows, information structures, and interaction patterns.
I connect design intent with reusable components, design tokens, Storybook workflows, frontend constraints, and design QA.
I design accessibility and responsive behaviour into the product from the beginning rather than treating them as final-stage fixes.
I work directly with Product and Engineering to make decisions that are useful for users and practical to build.
My independent products let me explore problems end to end—from identifying the friction and framing the product to designing the workflow, building the interface, and learning from the result.
Job descriptions are dense, inconsistent, and difficult to compare against the evidence already present in a CV. Candidates spend hours guessing whether their experience matches recruiter criteria.
The product compares CV evidence with job requirements, surfaces fit signals, identifies gaps, and supports tailored application preparation.
UX reviews can become inconsistent, subjective, and difficult to structure across multiple findings. Standard AI audits produce generic unverified checklists that lack human accountability.
The product helps structure interface findings, separate AI-generated observations from human decisions, track reviewed and unreviewed items, and capture reviewer overrides or rationale.
Design tokens often become disconnected between design decisions and production implementation. Designers struggle to see code implications, and engineers lack visibility into design intent.
The product provides a structured environment for working with token values and human overrides while keeping the system understandable for design and engineering.
My career moved from visual design into web and frontend implementation, then into product UX, design systems, accessibility, and the space where design and engineering increasingly operate as one practice.
I’m open to Principal / Lead product-design, UX-engineering, design-system, and consulting conversations across India, GCC, and global remote teams.
